Smart Earn is a loyalty reward management programme of Collinson which was being redesigned with ‘mobile first’ approach. I created the IA and user journey and UX design for the new screens.

BARCLAYS - STOCK BROKER
Barclays Stock Broker was a complex trading platform used internally by trader to manage their investments and get information on the market. My primary task was to understand how the system was being used and provide solutions based on the user needs.
I create the IA solution and high fidelity wireframes and UX patterns as part of the deliverable, some of which are shown below.

CARD SENTRY
Card Sentry is an assistance service which helps users cancel lost bank cards. This was the redesign of the support centre agent system. As the IA and UX architect working on the project, I created the user journeys, task flows and wireframes.

Learn to Trade wanted to redesign their user engagement journey as well as build a portal where user were able to track their courses and lessons. I was asked to create a simple user journey and wireframes of the portal, based on user input.
